About Us

If you want to learn Muay Thai boxing in a good and friendly atmosphere, eventually get ready and take some fights or just improve your fitness skills and mental strength all that while having a lot of fun then "Sit Nungubon" is the place for you. We are a renowned professional team of trainers and fighters and Muay Thai has been our life since ever. We are teaching here in the traditional way, far from the crowded touristical areas and the numerous staff and small numbers of fighters here gives a chance to every one to go deep into the learning of the "art of the eight limbs".  

               PROFESSIONAL TRAINING

 

Muay Thai is our passion as well as our job. That's what we have been doing since our youngest age. We've all been fighting a lot and then became trainers. There is a lot of boxing experience here and we know how to give you the best training possible if what you want is to get ready to take a fight. We have our own team of professional fighters and you are more than welcome to join them and train. We will modulate your training according to your level when joining us but it will look like something like that:

 

Morning(around 7AM):

Long run (around 50 min)
Fitness exercises
Possibility to do bagwork or paos.


Afternoon (around 4PM):
Short run (around 25 min)
Skipping rope and truck tire (around 15 min)
Shadow boxing (around 15min)
3 rounds of 5 min hitting pads (more if upcoming fight)
3 rounds of bagwork of 5 min.
Clinch (up to 30 min) or sparring.
Body Drill (knees or tips or shadow with weights)
Weights lifting, pull ups, abs, stretching.
Training ends around 7PM.


No obligation to do all of that, it's completely up to everyone level, goals and possibility.

         FITNESS TRAINING

 

Thai Boxing and more generally combat sports are some of the best sports to burn some fat while strengthning up your whole body. Muay Thai will be use as a way for you to reach your fitness goals. There is no age to practice muay thai and we are used to deal with different kinds of public: practicer of other sports coming to complete their training and gain some more stamina doing boxing, overweighted man or woman wanting to lose some fat and get back in  good shape, elders who wants to keep healthy and energetic in their old days...

The training will be tailor made for you to suits your needs while giving you a lots of fun. It will be based on the traditional Thai boxing training but will really focus on the goals of beeing fit. Also the kind of food we are eating around here will be a big help to reach your goals as they are very healthy and completely adapted to a Thai boxing practicer diet who needs to be fit at all times.

On request we can organise classes only for woman. 

  MUAY THAI DISCOVERY

 

You are touring around the country and want to have a good day discovering what Muay Thai is about? You've heard about that sport and want to try it for yourself?

Some come and join us for an afternoon or even a day or two.

We will be happy to show you the basics and give you a very good overwiew of what Thai boxing is. You will meet some genuine Thai boxing Champions  and feel what it feels to be a Thai boxer. A great opportunity to get closer and understand one of the major cultural aspect of Thailand as this is our national sport and it is completely part of the country daily life.

Family and kid are more than welcome to join us for that activity.
