THE TRAINERS. 

Our friendly team of very experienced trainers are here to teach you Muay Thai and sparring with you. Because we have been doing that since many decades you will find here all the trainings methods, advises and support you need to improve yourself in the art of Thai Boxing. Boxing is our passion as well as our job and if you are willing to train we are willing to teach you.

Our trainers all have well over 200 fights.

           Owner "Nungubon Sitlertchai"
 

As well as a legendary fighter (4 times "Lumpinee champion" and World champion amongst many other titles), Pi "Nung" is a trainer and the founder of the gym. He is here everydays to train himself for his upcoming fights as he still fighting at the "Lumpinee" and other big stadiums and he is also training the fighters coming to his gym. He will pass you on some of his most efficient techniques and, even if beeing a very complete fighter he likes particularly the clinching with projections and knees strikes, a style known as "Muay Kao".

 

He is considered in Thailand as a living legend of our sports and wrote some of the most extraordinary pages of the "golden era" of Thai Boxing, the 80's, 90's and early 2000's.

 

           Chief trainer "Ajaarn "Hen".


After a long career as a nak muay Ajaarn "Hen" became a head trainer at the legendary "Muang Por Ubon Gym". There he took some of his students on sky high successful careers. The most famous beeing the legendary champions "Nung Ubon Sitlertchai" and "Orono Por Muang Ubon".


Ajaarn "Hen" is now the chief trainer at Sit Nungubon and he is here every days to dispense his knowledge and supervise the trainings in our gym.


Then when it's an important fight day he his going to the big stadiums to coach the fighters from the gym.

 

He is a well known and respected personality of "Muay Thai" in our country.

            Ajaarn "Ramba"

 

Coming from Ubonratchathani Ajaarn "Rambaa" has been on and around the rings of Thailand for his entire life. With nearly 300 fights he's now a retired fighter and turned to be a great trainer. He is a strong pad holder who knows how to take the best out of the people he's training. He knows how to devellop the natural weapons of the body and while improving the ones you are at ease with, he will make you work on your weak points as he wants to makes his students complete and technical fighters, a style known as "Fimeu". He is also a great corner man and will corner the "Nak Muays" when they are fighting.

 

Beeing well over 100 kilos he is able to handle the heaviest fighters in an easy way. Watch out his devastating middle kicks!

 

              Ajaarn "ToyToy"

 

With well over 200 fights Ajaarn "ToyToy", also a native from Ubonratchathani, had a very active fighting career before becoming a trainer. Muay Thai has been his life since his childhood. He is a strong trainer and will give you the motivation necessary to be a better fighter. He is a specialist of punching and elbows technics, styles known as" Muay Mat" and "Muay Sok" and likes to teach you some of his devastating combos. He has a sharp eye for correcting mistakes when holding the pads.

 

He is still taking a fight times to times just to keep up with his boxing skills, once in the ring he will also like to use his dangerous middle kicks... we don't count anymore how many opponents has been sent out of the ring on a stretcher because they couldn't walk anymore after facing him. 

             The "Santi Ubon" Gym

 

We are in fact two gyms under the same roof... "Santi Ubon" is the name of the other team. We are the same familly and training together but some trainers are dedicated to the fighters of "Santi Ubon". If we get busy these champion trainers will also take care of you. They are here everydays taking care of their fighters, building them up to become the top "Nak Muays" of the next decades.

 

Important boxing promoters are often coming to the gym to see the training and decide of futur match ups.
